My family took a trip to Qingdao last summer vacation. We had great fun there.

    We went to Qingdao by fast train. It was about 11:00 am when we got to the train station. First, we took a taxi to the hotel. After a short rest, we had lunch in the restaurant near the hotel. We ate some fish dumplings there. They were really delicious and they weren't expensive. We enjoyed the meal very much. In the afternoon, it was sunny and hot. So we went to the beach(沙滩). There were quite a lot of people there. My father and I swam in the sea. It was really cool. My mother lay(躺) on the beach and enjoyed the sunshine. She said it was relaxing. Well, the best thing was that I made two new friends on the beach. They were from Canada. That made me feel happy. They said they would write e-mails to me later.

    Qingdao is really a good place to relax. I want to visit it again next year.

    Today , we asked some students about what they think of their deskmates . Here are some of the results .

    This is Cara and Ben. They are twins(双胞胎). They are twelve. This is their bedroom. It's a nice room. There are two beds in the room. The yellow bed is Cara's and that green one is Ben's. The twins have one desk and two chairs. The chairs look the same. Cara's sweater is on his bed. Ben's coat is on his chair. Their clock, books and pencil-cases are on the desk. Their school bags are behind the chairs.

    Mr．King goes to a dinner party．It is James' birthday．Mr．King is wearing his old clothes because he doesn't have time to change after work,but he does remember his present for his best friend．When he comes into the room，nobody in it looks at him or asks him to sit at the table,even James．

    Mr. King leaves the party,goes home and puts on his good clothes．He goes back to the party．This time,everyone in the room stands up and says hello to him．Of course．James does that too．They also give him the good food to eat．

    Mr．King gives his present to James．and then takes off his coat．puts the food in front of it and says．"Eat, coat!"

    All the people there are surprised．and James' son asks，"What are you doing?"

    He answers，"I'm asking my coat to eat the food．When I am wearing my old clothes，you do not look at me and you do not ask me to sit down．Now, I am in these clothes．And you give me the delicious food．Now I see，  ▲  !"

    In 2011, when British photographer David J. Slater was visiting a park in Indonesia, his camera was taken away by a group of black monkeys. The result was hundreds of monkey selfies(自拍照). The best ones show a female monkey smiling toothily for the camera. Slater then sold the photos and they became popular on the Internet.

    Nobody knew they would create a copyright battle some years later.

Last month, Wikimedia Commons put the monkey selfies online under a collection of free photos without Slater's permission. Slater asked the website to take them down since he owns the copyright.

    However, Wikimedia Foundation-the organization behind Wikimedia Commons-refused Slater's request. They said that according to US copyright law, whoever pushes the button on the camera owns the copyright to the photo. It was the monkeys but not Slater that pushed the button. What's more, monkeys don't own copyright. "US copyright law says that works that come from a non-human source(血统)can't ask for copyright, " said Katherine Maher, Chief Communications Officer of Wikimedia.

    Slater argues that the pictures belong to him as they were taken from his camera. He said he bought the cameras, he spent a lot of money to travel to Indonesia, and it was his carelessness that allowed the monkeys to take his cameras away. All these have made him the author of the picture, no matter who pushed the button. In a sense(在某种意义上), the monkeys could be regarded as his assistant, Slater said.

    As of now(到目前为止), there has been no result in the Monkey Selfie case. Who do you think will win this interesting battle?
