My name is Jim White. I live in America. I had a very {#blank#}1{#/blank#} experience on Sunday. I saw a UFO in the daytime. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} this spring, I went outside with my friend Bill {#blank#}3{#/blank#} lived close to me. We were walking to a hill {#blank#}4{#/blank#} I saw a large bright light dancing in the sky. I called Jim and asked him to look up. He kept {#blank#}5{#/blank#} , “What is that?” “A UFO!” I shouted excitedly. I{#blank#}6{#/blank#} it was round and red in the center.
After we looked at {#blank#}7{#/blank#} for a moment, we found it seemed that it had wings, but it was still round. Bill would not believe me when I told him it {#blank#}8{#/blank#} be a UFO. We shouted{#blank#}9{#/blank#} it and we wished that it would land. We wanted to know {#blank#}10{#/blank#} there was an alien in it. But soon it disappeared. I guessed we scared it off.
Do you believe me? It's a true story.

     May and Ann are twins (双胞胎). They look the same, but they are {#blank#}1{#/blank#}from each other in many ways (在很多方面).

One day, May and Ann go {#blank#}2{#/blank#} together. In the first shop, they see a pretty T-shirt. It's made of {#blank#}3{#/blank#} and feels very comfortable. But it costs much.      “No, I don't think so,” May answers.

      Watertown is a great place for a family to take a vacation. Teenagers want to visit the world's {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (large) water slides and eat at the Uncle Bob's. A different rock band {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (play) at Uncle Bob's every night. Kids will enjoy the Clown City Café. They have organized games and the staff dress up  {#blank#}3{#/blank#} ([æz])clowns(小丑).

      There is also a lot for parents in Watertown. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} ([if]) they love good food, they can find it at the Farmer's Market where the food is both {#blank#}5{#/blank#} [dɪ'lɪʃəs] and cheap. While the children have fun, parents can take dance lessons on the beach. And {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (['evribɒdi]) can learn something in Watertown. There are three {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (museum). Teenagers love the Sports Museum and kids enjoy the Science Museum. Parents will spend many hours {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (walk) through the History Museum.

    What is success? Different people hold different views on this {#blank#}1{#/blank#}（难题）. Some think that one is successful if he can make lots {#blank#}2{#/blank#} money. Some argue that success means holding {#blank#}3{#/blank#} important social position. Still others believe that whoever has got a top diploma is successful.

    A{#blank#}4{#/blank#} some people try to avoid failure at all costs, some people welcome it. Failure can be a good teacher. It always {#blank#}5{#/blank#}（教）us to do better next time.

    As you know, {#blank#}6{#/blank#}（无论什么）you do, there are always two possible {#blank#}7{#/blank#} （结果）: success or failure. When you fail, you should never l{#blank#}8{#/blank#} heart.
