And my favourite city is Hangzhou. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} October 1st last year, I went to Hangzhou {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (visit) my friends. I {#blank#}5{#/blank#}(feel) very happy when I saw them. The weather was great. The sun {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (shine)   all the time but it was not hot. After lunch, we went out and bought {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (lot) of nice things in the stores. We went to one of{#blank#}8{#/blank#} (beautiful) places— West Lake and boated in the lake. How relaxing and {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (excite)! We really enjoyed {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (we).

    Srikanth Bolla, 24 years old, is the first blind CEO in the world, who built a company valued at over $75 million. Today, he considers himself the {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (lucky) man in the word, not only his {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (succeed), but also for having great parents and friends who always stand by him.

    When Srikanth was born, some of his {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (parent) friends and relatives them not to keep him, because it was difficult for a poor family {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (raise) a blind baby. But his parents didn't follow them. They decided to give Srikanth a positive, loving environment.

    Life was not easy for Srikanth. He had to face many challenges all his life. He {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (refuse) by his village school. So he had to go to school for special children. He did very well in studies and also developed many hobbies such as chess and cricket. Later Srikanth found a teacher who was kind enough to turn all his lessons into audio clips, and helped him {#blank#}6{#/blank#}his exams

    {#blank#}7{#/blank#} high school was difficult for a blind student, Srikanth didn't give up. Instead, he worked very hard and tried his best to go to MT(麻省理工), and graduated from{#blank#}8{#/blank#} university in 2012. After his graduation, he returned to India, and decided to start to a company{#blank#}9{#/blank#}employed disabled people like him.

    Srikanth said, "Compassion(怜悯) is showing somebody the way to love and giving them the opportunity to grow up. If you do something good, it{#blank#}10{#/blank#} (come) back to you."

    We produce lots of rubbish everyday. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (take) away a city's rubbish is a big job. Every day trucks come into a city {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (collect) the rubbish. Most of it is made up of things we can't eat {#blank#}3{#/blank#} use. If we keep these things, we will have a mountain of rubbish soon.

    In some cities the rubbish. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (carry) outside the city to a dump(垃圾场). The kitchen rubbish is broken into small pieces and sent into a sewage system(污水处理系统). {#blank#}5{#/blank#} sewage system takes away the used water {#blank#}6{#/blank#} toilets and other places.

    People usually use some earth to cover the dumped rubbish. Later, grass may be planted on the land. After all of these, the place looks much {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (clean) than before. With the beautiful environment in front of {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (we), it's hard to imagine that it used to be a rubbish dump. But actually it is not {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (health) to stay in such a place for a long time.

    In order to protect the cities, the rubbish is burnt in special places. The fire burns everything {#blank#}10{#/blank#} the metal. Sometimes the metal can be used again in factories. In those factories, the metal is made into different kinds of products.
