A Party

Donny: Kim and I want to throw a goodbye party for Chuck.

    I like the weather in Hangzhou. It's not too hot or too cold. In spring, it often rains but it's very warm. People should take their umbrellas with them. In summer, it's hot. Children often eat ice-cream and go swimming. In autumn, it's windy and cool. Children can fly kites in the park with their friends. In winter, it's not so cold. Sometimes it snows. Children can make snowmen.

My name is Zhou Dan. I'm a Chinese girl. I'm twelve. I'm in Class 1, Grade 4. There are 49 students in our class—29girls and 20 boys. We have six lessons every day. Today is Monday. We have Chinese, maths, English and PE in the morning, and science and music in the afternoon. I like English best. Mr Zhao is our English teacher. He is nice to us. We do all kinds of things in English in his class.
