The lost and found office {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(have) got two floors. The {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (one) floor is for the school things, such as bags, books and pencil boxes. {#blank#}9{#/blank#} about the second floor? On the second floor, there are two rooms. One is for clothes and {#blank#}10{#/blank#}other is for animals. There are cats and dogs. Are you looking for your things? Come to the office and you can find them here. 

When you do not use your arms or legs for some time, they will become weak. When you start using then again, they slowly become strong again. Everybody knows that. Yet many people do not seem to know that memory works in the same way.

When someone says that he has a good memory, he really means that he keeps his memory in practice by using it. When someone else says that his memory is poor, he really means that he does not give it enough chance to become strong.

If a friend says that his arms and legs are weak, we know that it is his own fault(过错).But if he tells us that he has a poor memory, many of us think that his parents are to blame(负有责任) and few of us know that it is just his own fault. Have you ever found that some people can't read or write but they usually have better memories? This is because they cannot read or write but they have to remember things. They cannot write them down in a small notebook. They have to remember days, names, songs and stories, so their memory is being exercised the whole time.

So if you want to have a good memory, learn from the people: practise remembering things as much as possible.

Capybaras live in south America.They look like a very large mouse.They have small eyes，noses，hairless ears and big {#blank#}1{#/blank#}（tooth）.Some may not like their looks， {#blank#}2{#/blank#}capybaras always have lots of different animals around them.

What {#blank#}3{#/blank#}（make） capybaras so friendly？As {#blank#}4{#/blank#}（big） rodent animal（啮齿动物） in the world，capybaras have only a few enemies（敌人），it's easy for them to hide in the water {#blank#}5{#/blank#}（stay） away from danger.They live so {#blank#}6{#/blank#}（comfortable） that nothing seems to make them worry.

The Best Way to Travel

I did a survey about the best way to travel in my class. Here are the results. 

Thirty- five percent of my classmates like {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(travel) by plane. They choose to take the plane {#blank#}2{#/blank#} it's the fastest way. {#blank#}3{#/blank#}, it's also the most expensive. Forty- five percent of them think the train is their first {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (choose). It's{#blank#}5{#/blank#}(safe) and the most comfortable. Besides, it's the second {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(fast). It usually costs less {#blank#}7{#/blank#} taking the plane. Only twenty percent of them choose the coach {#blank#}8{#/blank#} their best way to travel. It's the cheapest but also {#blank#}9{#/blank#}(slow) way. 

Whatever you choose, safety is always {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (important) thing of all. Do remember that!

We can do many interesting chemical tests in our class. Today, we will use CO2 to blow up a balloon! Mixing baking soda(小苏打) with vinegar(醋) together can give off the CO2

What you'll need

1)A balloon       2)About 40 ml of water         3)A soft drink bottle      4)Vinegar

5)A teaspoon of baking soda Instructions

Instructions

●Before you begin, make sure that you pull the balloon long to make it as easy as possible to blow up. 

●Put the 40 ml of water into the soft drink bottle. 

●Add the baking soda and mix it with water. 

●Put the vinegar in and quickly put the balloon over the mouth of the bottle. 

What's happening?

If all goes well then the balloon should become bigger and bigger! Adding the vinegar to the baking soda creates a chemical effect. The baking soda is a base(碱), while the vinegar is an acid(酸). When the two are mixed, they'll create CO2. The gas rises up and runs away through the soft drink bottle. However, it doesn't get away from the balloon, pushing it outwards and blowing it up.
