Sarah Hutchins is a young girl．She has won a prize from Amazon．com in a competition{#blank#}1{#/blank#}young inventors． Sarah invented “ camoculars ”by putting binoculars(双筒望远镜) and a camera together．She was one of thousands of young  people who {#blank#}2{#/blank#}their ideas to Amazon．com the company mat organized the competition．

    Sarah was at a concert when she thought of {#blank#}3{#/blank#}invention．“I was sitting a long way from the stage and I was watching the band through my binoculars．While I was{#blank#}4{#/blank#}，I thought，'I'd love to be able to take a picture of this !”Then I got a(n){#blank#}5{#/blank#}．Why not have binoculars with a camera inside them?”

    When she got home，she {#blank#}6{#/blank#} a pair of binoculars and a  cheap camera  and put them together．Her sister was watching her and told her about the {#blank#}7{#/blank#}．So Sarah sent her idea to Amazon．com and two months later, she got a surprise．

    Amazon．com honed to say that she was a(n){#blank#}8{#/blank#}．They didn't give her the top prize，but she won $1，000 and a trip to New York．

“What are you going to invent{#blank#}9{#/blank#}?”asked some people． “I don't know，” said Sarah．“{#blank#}10{#/blank#}you just sit there and think，you won't invent anything because you get ideas at strange moments．The only thing I can do is keep my eyes and ears open!”

    Everyone wants to be young and {#blank#}1{#/blank#}. But if you have the following habits such as smoking, drinking too much, {#blank#}2{#/blank#}exercise and poor diet, you must be very careful. According to a new study, you will look 12 years {#blank#}3{#/blank#}than your real age because of the bad habits. The study follows about 5, 000 British adults for 20 years.

    It shows a strong relation between bad habits and the risk of disease and {#blank#}4{#/blank#}. The findings from the study tell people the {#blank#}5{#/blank#}of a healthier life style again.

    My birthday was a few days ago. Now I'm 24 years old and I'm 46 {#blank#}1{#/blank#} with teaching. I didn't remember my birthday until the morning of the 20th. It was just like a normal day, no gifts, no party, no cake... and 1 prefer it that way. When I was younger, I always felt sad that almost 47 {#blank#}2{#/blank#} remembered my birthday, not even my family. But now I don't care anymore, from 23 to 24, not much difference. They can {#blank#}7{#/blank#} to foreign countries and get teaching jobs easily almost anywhere even {#blank#}8{#/blank#} they're not real teachers. I complained Chinese people didn't have as many chances as people from the West. But now things are {#blank#}9{#/blank#}. As China is becoming stronger, Chinese is becoming more and more {#blank#}10{#/blank#}, and maybe, in the future I can get teaching jobs in foreign countries. I'll study more and get ready.
