Everyone makes mistakes. That's what this understanding English museum's worker wants one child to know after a careless mistake during his visit.

When a young boy was visiting a museum named Christchurch Mansion with his family, he accidentally knocked a historic jug off the window edge (边缘). The jug broke into 65 pieces. The boy, who was about 4 or 5 years old at the time, was rather sad about the accident.

The jug is about 221 years old. It is worth up to 2, 000 pounds. The jug has three spouts(壶嘴) and the user must guess which spout the water will pour from.

Carrie Willis is the duty officer of the museum. Under the direction of the museum's conservation officer Bob Entwistle, she put back together the 18th- century Delft Puzzle Jug.

"We want the young boy to know that all is well, "a spokesman of the museum said. "We would like to invite him and his family back to have a special tour and see the magically repaired jug. "

What do people think of this accident?

The museum workers dealt with the situation well in reaching out to the boy. The world needs more acts of kindness like this.

— Sara(Bunbury, Australia)

Parents do not teach their children how to behave these days. It's the parents' job to look after their children. The parents were lazy and careless.

— Elizabeth (Cape Town, South Africa)

The fault here lies with the museum. They should keep the jug in a safer place. They were being careless with the jug.

— Neil (London, the UK)
