He likes music and he also likes{#blank#}5{#/blank#} . The Drummer and The Sun Also Rises are his two new movies. I like them very much and want{#blank#}6{#/blank#} them once again.

A Frenchman went to a small Italian town and was staying with his wife at the best hotel there. One night, he went out for a walk alone. It was late. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} . Suddenly he felt someone behind him. He turned his head and saw an Italian young man who quickly walked past him. The man was nearly out of sight when the Frenchman suddenly found that his watch was gone. He thought that it must be the Italian who had taken his watch. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} because he wanted to get back the watch.
　　Soon the Frenchman caught up with the Italian. Neither of them understood the other's language. The Frenchman shook his fist(拳头) in the Italian's face and pointed at the watch.{#blank#}3{#/blank#} . In the end he gave up his watch to the Frenchman.
When he returned to the hotel, the Frenchman told his wife what had happened. He was greatly surprised when his wife pointed to the watch on the table. Now he realized that by mistake he had robbed(抢劫) the Italian. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} .

It was late last Monday, but Tom was still {#blank#}1{#/blank#} TV in his room. There was a wonderful football match on TV. {#blank#}2{#/blank#}  excited he was! That night he  {#blank#}3{#/blank#} go to bed until twelve o'clock. The next morning, it was a quarter to eight. It was {#blank#}4{#/blank#} late for Tom to get to school {#blank#}5{#/blank#} time. But he was still in bed. When Tom {#blank#}6{#/blank#} school, it was eight. The teacher was already beginning her lesson. As soon as Tom came into the classroom, she got  {#blank#}7{#/blank#} and said,"What time is it now, Tom "Tom felt sorry and could say  {#blank#}8{#/blank#} . In English class, he  {#blank#}9{#/blank#} a test. As he didn't know the lessons at  {#blank#}10{#/blank#} , Tom failed his English test.

    More and more people like bicycling and it is no surprise. It is amazing， healthy and good for the environment. Maybe that's w{#blank#}1{#/blank#} there are l. 4 billion bicycles and only 400 million cars on roads worldwide today. Bikes can t  {#blank#}2{#/blank#}  you almost anywhere， and there is no oil cost!

    Get on a bicycle and r{#blank#}3{#/blank#} around your neighborhood. You may discover something new all around you. Stopping and getting off a bike is e{#blank#}4{#/blank#} than getting out of your car. You can bike to work and enjoy exercise w{#blank#}5{#/blank#} polluting the environment.

    You don't even have to ride all the way. Folding(折叠) bikes work well for people who take the train. Just fold the bike and take it with you. You can do the s{#blank#}6{#/blank#} on a plane. A folding bike can be packed in a suitcase. You can also take a small bike with you when you fly. But be s{#blank#}7{#/blank#} to look for information on the airline websites.

    Bicycling is good for your health. It helps c{#blank#}8{#/blank#} your weight and prevent heart diseases. If you go to and r{#blank#}9{#/blank#} from work by bike three times a week for 15 minutes， you'll lose five kilos of fat in a year. It can a{#blank#}10{#/blank#} improve your mood. Exercise like bicycling has been shown to make people feel better， more relaxed and confident.

    Bill doesn't do well in public speaking. One day, he {#blank#}1{#/blank#}（invite）to make a speech at the church. His {#blank#}2{#/blank#}（young）brother, Ben, knew he was nervous and tried to calm him down. “ Don't worry. Everything{#blank#}3{#/blank#} (be) fine.”

    When the day came, Bill's car had an accident{#blank#}4{#/blank#} the way to the church. Luckily, he wasn't badly hurt and got to the church on time. It was his turn. Many people thought he would run, but he went on.

    Suddenly, people saw something{#blank#}7{#/blank#} (usual) running down from his nose, blood! He stopped {#blank#}8{#/blank#} （speak) when he saw the blood. But he still tried to finish his speech. Then Ben quietly moved to the front and handed him his handkerchief(手帕).Then he gave him a smile and {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (return) to his seat.

    It was a really simple gesture, and might be the simplest. He just saw someone in need, and gave him a hand. In the end, Bill finished his talk{#blank#}10{#/blank#} more confidence.
