How to keep healthy

    Here are some things you can do to keep you healthy.

    Having a good diet is very important. It means eating lots of different kinds of food and lots of fruit and vegetables. They are good for your health.

    Doing exercise is a way of keeping you healthy too. Exercise makes you fit and helps you relax. So exercise every day from now on.

    Some things are bad for your health, like smoking and drinking alcohol.You had better give upthese things.

    You should go to see a doctor every year. The doctor can help you find some problems.

    China is a big country. The weather in the south(南方)is different from that in the north(北方). Beijing is a beautiful city of China. In this city, spring is warm; summer is hot; autumn is cool and winter is cold. But in the south of China, it is always warm. In Hong Kong and Sanya, people like to swim in the sea. They can't see snow. In the north of China, people can make snowmen and play with snowballs in winter. People like to spend their holiday(度假) in the south in winter, and in the north in summer.

    This morning, there is a strong wind and heavy rain in Shanghai. In the park, many trees are blown down. In the afternoon, we go to the park to do some cleaning. Our teacher gives us some advice to clear away the fallen trees, branches and leaves. Then we begin our work. After an hour, we are working hard when it begins to rain again. It rains heavily. We don't take any umbrellas or raincoats. The rain lasts two hours. And we have to stop our work.

    Look at this man. What is he doing? He's carrying a very big box. The box is full of big apples. He wants to put it on the back of his bike and take it home. Can he do that? No, I don't think so. Why not? Because the box is too full and too heavy. Look! What's wrong? He drops the box. Poor man!

    Hi, I'm Liu Yang. Last weekend I visited my uncle and aunt in Hangzhou. I went there by bus. I got to Hangzhou at about 10:00 in the morning. Then my aunt, my cousin—Tony and I took a taxi to the West Lake（西湖）. We went there quickly because my uncle is the taxi driver. We rowed the boat on the lake.

    It was a hot day. The sun was shining in the sky. We felt hot. Then we went to the Taiziwan Park on foot. We saw many fish. And we fed (喂养) them with bread. We were very happy.
