We have to be fit, no matter (不管) what age we are. It's very important for kids. That's w{#blank#}1{#/blank#} they have P.E. class.

    In Britain students have two hours of P.E. each week. P.E. includes sit-ups, press-ups (俯卧撑) and skipping rope.

    Students also p{#blank#}2{#/blank#}football, basketball and cross-country running. In summer kids run and do the high and long jumps.

    When I was at school my favourite was trampoline(蹦床). Jumping high into the air always made me excited. But you need to be c{#blank#}3{#/blank#}. Sometimes you don't land where you planned!

    When you get your report card there will be a grade for P.E.. Your parents will see how good you are a{#blank#}4{#/blank#} push-ups, as well as maths. But the grade for P.E. doesn't affect (影响) your chances of g{#blank#}5{#/blank#} into a good school.

 Cooking is supposed to be the most basic living skill for humans. However, there are many kids who are used to being fed and taken care of everywhere like" little emperors and little princesses". They can't tell the differences between food materials like leeks (韭菜) and shallots (大葱).

 In order to stress (加强) the importance of hard- working spirit education among students, the Communist Party of China Central Committee recently released (发布) the guidelines (方针). The guidelines call for students to respool labor work. Students should learn basic life skills and develop good working habits through such education.

 Students will be required to understand and master the basics of home cooking from preparing vegetables to finally being able to complete the whole process of home cooking independently. These will be lifelong skills for kids, helping them develop into well-rounded persons instead of those who are just able to take exams.

 As children's first teachers, parents should also encourage children to learn how to do chores at home. Students should master one or two life skills every year. These skills can include cooking, washing their own clothes and tidying their rooms.

 It's really important for students to take labor education both at school and at home.

Friends are very important in everyone's life because friends are always there when we need them. It's great to have many friends and I can't think about my life without my friends.

My best friend is Lisa. When I first met her, I was five. She is one year older than me. Now she is in the same class with me. In the seventh grade, she is tall and quite thin. She has long curly blonde hair and blue eyes. I am not so beautiful. Sometimes I wish I could be as beautiful as she is.

My name is Molly. I am tall enough but little fat. Lisa and I like doing a lot of things together and talking about different things. She always helps me with my math and I sometimes help her with her English and history. I have to do a report(报告) on science, but I didn't understand what the teacher said. The next day I read it in front of the class, but the teacher told me that my report was wrong and all my classmates laughed at me. I felt very bad about myself. Lisa was the only one who didn't laugh at me. She tried to be nicer than anybody else and make me happy.

I am a shy person and sometimes I feel that people don't understand me. Lisa is friendly and everybody loves her. She is also smart and she can deal with (解决) everything. I am happy to have a friend like her.

Students learn their lessons in class. In class,1 teach them. Students sit in the classroom listening to the teachers. This is a way of learning. It's very useful, but is this the 2 way for students to learn? Of course not. There is 3 way to learn. Students can herself teach themselves. For example, if you forget something 4 you are doing your homework, you can read books to find the 5 This is a way to teach yourself and it is not a(n)6 thing. You can do this at any place and at any time. 

How to teach yourself? The first thing you must do is to read. Read something you are 7 . The second thing is that you must ask yourself questions. The questions should be about the things you don't 8 or you want to know. You can write down these questions. A clever student is usually good at asking questions. The third thing is that you should try to answer the questions by thinking hard, by reading books and9 by asking other people. If you keep teaching yourself for a long time, you are sure to10 your study.
