It is not 1 for a woman like me to go shopping. Why do I say that? Firstly, I have three children to look  2. My husband doesn't even know how to 3 them. I think it's my own fault. I always do all the things myself instead of（而不是） teaching 4. So I feel very 5 every day though I am a homemaker（家庭主妇）. Maybe I think I feel even more tired than my husband. How can I find free time to 6? If I do, how should I do with my three children? The oldest of them is only five years old. Secondly, I am getting much 7. So it's hard for me to find clothes that fit me well. Lastly, and I think it's the most 8. We don't have enough 9 for pretty clothes. We have to raise（养育） so many children with the little money that my husband gains. Oh, how I regret（后悔） that I had so many children that I am living such a 10 life.

    When William Brown taught at Boston University, he once thought about the people that he hadn't thanked in his life. They taught him, encouraged (鼓励) him or cared a lot about him.

    Tina Johnson was a teacher. She once taught William geography, and William loved geography all his life. So he wrote a letter of thanks to her.

    He got the teacher's letter later. It began, “My dear Willie”. He was happy. Now over 50, he didn't think someone would called him “Willie”. Here is that letter.

    My dear Willie,

    I cannot tell you how much your letter meant to me. I am in my eighties, living alone in a small room and cooking my own meals. You will be interested to know that I taught school for 50 years and yours is the first letter of appreciation (感激) I ever got. It came on a cold morning and it made me feel very warm.

    William cried when he read the letter. She was one of the people that William hadn't thanked in his past. She helped him to believe in himself. He would never forget her.

    There are some people we should always remember, because they helped to shape our life. William Brown found a way to show his appreciation—he wrote them letters.

    Hi, friends! What do you like to do after school? In my school, we have different things (不同的事情) to do.

    It's Sunday. There are many people in the bus. And an old man is looking here and there. He wants to find an empty sea（t  座位）. Then he finds one. He goes to it. A small bag is on the seat. And a young man is sitting beside it.

    "Is this seat empty（空的）?" asks the old man.

    "No, it's for a woman. She goes to buy some bananas." says the young man.

    "Well," says the old man, "Let me sit here please. When she comes back, I will leave here." The bus starts（启动）.

    "She doesn't come, but her bag is here. Let me give her the bag." Then the old man throws the bag out of the bus window.

    The young man jumps up and shouts, "Don't throw（扔）! It's my bag!"
