It is on Saturday. The sun is shining . We have no classes . We are playing in the park . Some girls are singing and dancing under a big tree . Some boys are climbing the hill . Tom is drawing by the lake . Mike and John are swimming in the lake . Betty and Mary are sitting under a small tree. They are reading a picture book . We are very happy .

① Mrs Li wanted to open her new shop but the signs were not ready．She asked Bob to help her．

Mrs Li：Please come to the shop early and put up the signs，Bob．Then open the shop at ten o'clock．

Bob：Yes，boss(老板)．

②Bob went to the shop at six o'clock．He put the"Exit(出口)"sign on the outside (外面)of the door and put the"Entrance(入口)"sign on the inside(里面)of the door．Then he opened the shop．

③Leo：There's only one door and it says"Exit"．Where's the entrance?

Ann：The shop isn't open．It says "Closed"．

Tim：But there's a man inside．

④Nobody came to the shop all day．At six o'clock Bob went into the street．He asked a boy to come in．"Oh，I think your shop is closed．Look at the sign．It says "Closed"，said the boy．

⑤Joyful Toy Shop didn't have a good start(开始)．It made no money all day．Bob knew why nobody came into the shop．The signs were in the wrong places．He changed the signs．

    Look at Tom's room. What a mess(乱七八糟)! His books are on the floor. His shoes are on the desk. A kite and some clothes are in his bed. Tom's mother comes to help him. She put the books away and says,"Look, your pencil box is under the books. You must take good care of your things."

    Santa Claus is an old man in red clothes and he wears a red hat. He has long white beard(胡子). He comes from the north on a reindeer(驯鹿) sleigh(雪橇) every Christmas Day. He went into people's houses and put presents into children's socks. So in Western countries, parents put presents into their children's socks on Christmas Eve. The next day, the first thing for children is to find the presents from Santa Claus.

Ben: My favourite weather is sunny and windy weather. So I like autumn best. What about you, Mike?

Mike: I like sunny weather, too. But I don't like windy weather. I like sunny weather and rainy weather. I like swimming in the rain. My favourite season is summer. And you, Sally?

Sally: I like snow best. I like making snowmen with my friends. So my favourite season is winter. What about you, Janet?

Janet: I like sunny and hot weather. I like swimming and eating ice cream. I like wearing beautiful dresses or skirts. So summer is my favourite season.
