I went 1a beautiful beach last week 2my friend, Lee. 3was sunny and hot. We had great fun 4in the water. In the afternoon, we went to a zoo. We saw 5animals. The next day, it was 6, so we went to the museum. I didn't really enjoy it, 7I don't like the robots. Lee found a small boy 8in the corner. The boy 9lost. He couldn't find his mother. We10to help him. At last we found the boy's mother. We were very happy.
My sister finished high school two weeks ago. As a special gift, our parents took us to India. Last weekend was interesting but scary.
We went camping in a small village in India. First, we took a long bus ride to a lake in the countryside. There we put up our tents and made a fire to keep us warm and cook food on. On the first night, we just sat under the moon and told each other stories. But I was so tired that I went to sleep early.
The next morning, my sister and I got a terrible surprise. When we looked out of our tent, we saw a big snake sleeping near the fire. I was so scared that I couldn't move. We shouted to our parents to let them know about the danger. My dad started to jump up and down in their tent. This woke the snake up and it moved into the forest near the lake. My dad told me later that snakes don't have ears but can feel things moving. He also told me it was important not to go near a snake. This was a very useful lesson for me.
Uncle Lee is coming to have dinner with us. Mum and I go shopping.
We don't have any meat (肉). We need to buy some. It's ten yuan a kilo before (以前). But now two kilos are sixty yuan. I say, “Mum, let's buy some fish. ” Mum answers, “OK.” Fish is Uncle Lee's favorite food. We buy one kilo and a half. We also buy some vegetables and some chicken, but we don't buy any hamburgers. Uncle Lee doesn't like them at all. Mum also wants to buy me some apples. You know, I like apples very much. But we can't find any. We go home at a quarter to five in the afternoon.
Jimmy lives in the countryside, and he loves playing in the rive r near his house, But his father gets a job in a big city, and he moves there with his family.
Their new house has a garden, but the garden is small, Jimmy isn't happy. " Is there a river near here?" He asks his mother on the first morning. His mother answers, "No, there isn't, but there's a nice park near here and there's a good pool in it. We are going there this afternoon. " Jimmy is happy now.
After lunch, Jimmy and his mother go to the park. Jimmy wants to walk near the pool, but there's a sign before it. His mother reads it to him, " This pool is dangerous. 367 people fell into it. "Jimmy looks into the pool carefully, and he says "But I can't see them"
The pool in the park is dangerous.
I think today's school trip was terrible. We(take) the train to the museum. The weather was so hot and the train was slow. The museum was big and boring. Everything (be) about robots and I'm not interestedthat. The rooms were (real) dark and it was difficult to take photos, so I didn't take any. The (thing) in the gift shop were so expensive. I didn't like the trip at all.
