    If you stayed up or had a bad night of sleep last night, you know it's difficult to stay awake in class today. Your teacher's voice might begin to sound like a lullaby(催眠曲).To keep yourself awake, some tips are worth trying in class.

To effectively listen to your teacher, you should try to maintain eye contact, face the speaker, pay close attention to what the speaker is saying and ask questions during a pause in the lecture.

    Posture is more than just a function of the way someone stands or sits.{#blank#}2{#/blank#}The   main health risks of poor postures arc aches and pains, which can occur right away or down the road. This discomfort may start in the neck or back, but finally it may affect the hips and knees. Those who exhibit bad posture may also be less efficient, and they are more likely to be injured when they move.

    {#blank#}3{#/blank#}Physically, it can minimize the force that muscles and joints need to absorb. Moreover, it can help people appear taller and feel better about themselves. Mentally, psychology studies have suggested that people's postures in low spirits make them look less confident and competent than others.

    There are many activities in people's daily lives that can affect postures and throw the body off balance if you don't pay attention. Examples include sitting at a desk for long periods, frequently holding a phone between the ear and the shoulder and bending over a laptop.{#blank#}4{#/blank#}The body was not physically designed to stay in one position. If you go a long time without changing your position, it can start to stress your body's tissues.{#blank#}5{#/blank#}If you are concerned about having poor postures, you can turn to an expert who will show you how to do certain exercise that helps improve tight muscles.

● Learn from it. Learn from your analysis of the setback, and adjust your plan to try to prevent similar things from happening the next time. Each time you fine-tune your plan and put it into action again, you actually improve your odds of eventual success.{#blank#}4{#/blank#}

Remind yourself that your setback is a slip instead of a fall.{#blank#}5{#/blank#}After adjusting, you can still make progress toward success again.
