    First, Berlin has cheap hotels and everyday objects (物品). You needn't worry aboutspending too much money when visiting Berlin.

    Second, Berlin knows how to give parties, and there is a festival here every month ofthe year. Perhaps the most famous is the Berlin International Film Festival (the BIFF).

Third, Berlin has beautiful buildings of its own. The Brandenburg Gate is one of thecity's most famous buildings. It's the symbol (象征) of more than 200 years of history. The TV Tower is as good as the Eiffel Tower in Paris and the London Eye.

Lastly, Berlin is a city of living art. Artists can create works of art on the sides ofbuildings.

    Every Japanese girl has a special book to put her favorite stickers. They classify(分类)their stickers according to different subjects. They like to get together in their classrooms or at their friends' houses to exchange stickers. Their talks can go on and on just by talking about their sticker books.

    Young Japanese girls often stick their favorite stickers to cards and then send the cards to friends. For them, the sticker is not only something to collect, but also a tool to know about friends. They can see what their friends like by looking at the stickers they collect.

    In most parts of the world there are four seasons. They are spring, summer, fall and winter.

    In different seasons people wear different clothes and do different things. For example, in summer the weather is hot, so people usually wear cool clothes and do things like swimming, boating or surfing.

    But near the polar regions(极地), there are only two seasons: winter and summer. In winter, nights are long. For more than two months you can't see the sun. In summer, days are long and the sun is always in the sky. There are no nights.

    The people living near the North Pole(北极) are called Inuit(伊特人). In summer they live in tents and catch deer for food. In winter they live in small round snow houses. They can build a snow house, they make holes(洞) in the ice and catch fish and seals(海豹). They eat much meat but not many vegetables.
