    It is well-known that good habits do us good all our life. Entered high school, I took delight in having fast food and often eat too much.     My hometown, Sichuan, is a immense region in the southwest of China, with a very amazed landscape. Much of it are hilly. In the remote areas in the west it reaches to the steep slopes of the Himalayas. There are mountain to the north and a high plateau to the south. I think his hometown is a beautiful province. People call it “The Heavenly Kingdom”, so the name really means “four rivers.” The most famous river is the Yangtze, that passes all the way through the province on it's long journey to the coast. The most beautiful spot on river is the Three Gorges.

    Today our class went out to do some clean. We gathered at the school gate and started out early on the morning. Some collected the rubbishes in the park.     Travelling abroad, you should follow the customs of the country you were visiting. When you are invited, that is good manners to refuse or accept the invitation either by writing and by telephoning. If you go to a party, it is polite to arrive on the time. It is good manners to shake hands with our host. You can take a present if you like, possible a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates or any flowers. However, it is not bad manners to take nothing. It is not polite stay too late after the other guests have gone. Also, it has suggested to write or telephone a day or two late to thank your host.
