Try to take more time to {#blank#}4{#/blank#} by taking a warm bath, or listening to a bedtime story at least30 minutes before you want to go to sleep.

    Mom and Dad are two of the most important people in your life. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} between you and your parents are important. Here are some ways to help you stay close with them. Spend time together. Don't just watch TV alone. {#blank#}2{#/blank#}, you should ask your parents to watch TV with you. Take a walk and go to the movies {#blank#}3{#/blank#}. If your parents live far from you, you can {#blank#}4{#/blank#} with them by talking on the phone or sending emails. Share your feelings and ask for help. You may need your parents' help when you're upset or {#blank#}5{#/blank#}. But they may not know that you're having a problem. So tell them when you're sad. Be kind. Little things may mean a lot to your parents. Before they {#blank#}6{#/blank#} you, it will be very lovely of you to {#blank#}7{#/blank#} to help fold the clothes or clean up your room. And if you try not to {#blank#}8{#/blank#} with your brothers or sisters your parents will be happy. Show your care. A {#blank#}9{#/blank#} way is to kiss, hug(拥抱) and say "I love you". Your parents and you can understand each other better by showing love. Do your best at {#blank#}10{#/blank#} you do. You don't have to be prefect(完美的) , but when you do your best, your parents will be happy to see you're turning into a great kid.
