    Long ago, an Ojibway Indian naming Wenibojo went on a long trip to the forest. When he got hunger, he dug up the roots of a bush and ate them. The roots were tasted good, but they made him sick.     I am very fond of watching movies. When I'm free, the first thing I'd like do is buy some snacks and then found a hot movie to watch. Before watching so many movies, I'm impressing by The Lord of the Rings most. This movie has three series and I like it all. Though the movie was shot many years ago, it is still not out of the date. It was shot in New Zealand, and the scenery in the movie is such beautiful that I can't move my eye away every time I watch it.     Last Friday, our class pay a visit to Beijing Planning Exhibition Hall, where started with a warm welcome from a guide at the entrance. Once inside, we attracted to an exhibition that gave a vividly account of Beijing's history. To my excitements, on a huge map I could even find what my local area was liked years ago. In a movie called Beautiful Beijing, we learned how Beijing became a modern city. Afterwards, we went to a urban planning model which impressed them most. After leaving, I left for a message on the board, expressing my best wishes to my hometown.

    Last Monday, we hold a monitor election during our class meeting. Two students in our class took part the event. They are Liu Dong and Wang Hong, all of whom are the top students in our grade. Before the election, they each gave a briefly presentation about their plan after become the monitor. At the last, the winner turned out to be Wang Hong, who gained 28 votes when Liu Dong gained 15. Obviously, we thought Wang Hong's plan a good one. In the end, we gave Wang Hong a big hand but congratulated her. I expect that our class will be better under his leadership.
