    I'm not doing well in my lessons at school, especial in maths. My dad says I must try hard because he wants me go to university. He thinks I'm lazy，but it's not true.     I have learned English for many years, but I don't have a chance speak before foreigners. Last week, I happened to meet the foreigner. He needed my help and I felt so exciting.

    On Monday, I went to the flowers shop to buy a flower for my friend, because she was ill. I was going to the hospital to see him. In the shop a foreigner and the boss was having a conversation, so the boss didn't know what the foreigner said. I hesitate for a while, then I came to help the boss.     As we know, mental health links to our happiness index. However, it's vital to keep our mental health. Here are some advice on how to do it.

    Firstly, accept yourself true. Knowing your own potentials and making practical goal instead of setting high expectations can keep yourself away from heavy burden, thus enjoy good mental health. Secondly, be friendly and sociable. Life with friends is miserable. So make friends. It's their comfort and support which help you go through hardship in life. Lastly, commit yourself to your career. Your efforts bring you a sense of achievement, which will in turn ensure your happiness.

    In a brief, it pays to focus our attention on our mental health. The more, the best!

    Growing up, I didn't have much ambition and I was wasted a lot of time on video games. One day, with no reason I picked up a book, that was about seven habits of highly successful teenagers. We don't remember much about the story, but one key concept what truly impressed me was the idea of time. The book stressed the importance of use our time wisely. I know it sounds crazily t but during that time I was aimless person. However, after I read that book, I made a decision to spend as many time as possible just reading. Believe it or not, I've made great progresses since.

    I had an amazed experience last Spring Festival. In the second day of the holiday, it was snowing heavily but we had a very important relative to visit, that lived in a distant mountain village. We had to take risks to drive on our journey. The road was bad, but we arrived safe.

    The family welcomed us warmly. We were treated with good dinner. Later in the afternoon, after saying goodbye, we had started back home.

    Sadly, our car is stuck in the snow halfway and wouldn't move. Just then, two villager walked by or offered to push our car. Their helping us out made us trip unforgettable.
