    Getting rid of the bad habit of procrastination (拖延症) is now my goal in life. My first step was to set small targets what can be reached realistically. For example, I plan to set a timetable for my study. So after school, I will put finishing homework in the last place. Additionally, I will make a list of my important task including their due dates but follow my schedule strictly. I will avoid find excuses for putting them off. At same time, I will ask for my friends and parents to help me. By achieving this small targets, I have confident that I will overcome procrastination.

    We are now living in a information age, in which TV, cells and the Web are wide used. It seem that many people cannot enjoy themselves without it. However, if I were to give up one of them, I would rather turn off TV than to switch off my cell or cut off the Internet. I could do without TV because few shows took my fancy and there are too many commercials. Besides, most programs on TV are available elsewhere, either. As for cells and the Web, they are less necessary for me. I need a cell to keep in touch my friend and my family.

    Not everyone agrees on that bad habits are. Some smokers aren't think smoking is a bad habit. Young people don't think listen to loud music on the train is also a bad habit.

    Have you ever tried to get rid your bad habits? I have quit smoking or have stopped leaving thing lying around the house. I hoped other people will stop their bad habits. I get annoying when people are late for meetings or talk loudly on their phones in the public. I also think much motorists need to think about their driving habits. Perhaps I should point out their bad habits.

Dear Bob,

I'm writing to apologize for having forgotten to return the "the Beatles" CD to you while I left Canada, I was in such hurry that I packed everything in my luggages without checking carefully. Had I paid more attention then, I wouldn't have made such stupid a mistake.

    Now everything must be done to solve the problem because I understood you cherish the CD enormously. I can either send it to you by express mail or alternatively compensate(补偿) you at a reasonably price. If you do not mind, I may bring it back to you next time I will go to Canada.
