    Water is very important to us, without that there would be no life. therefore, some people don't turn the tap off at once after using it. some people don't realize they wash them in the shower too long. Some even threw away bottles full in water. As middle school students, we should make great efforts to save water. On the one hand, every single person's save water is significance.     I was used to feel sleepy in class and couldn't focus on the lessons the teachers give. As a result, not only did I do bad in my studies, but also my health went from bad to worse, about which I was often scolded by my parents. I was also worried my situation. About half a year ago, followed the head teacher's advice, I began to take part in some sport activities. I had kept on playing basketball for 45 minutes and so every day till today. Now my health has been greatly improved, so at the same time, I've made good progress in all my lessons. Physical exercise has changed me into an entire new person!

    As tour guide, I'm glad to tell you that more and more tourists are paying attentions to environmental protection. Several years before, in one place of interest I saw rubbish throwing away everywhere, such as waste paper and plastic bags. However, some tourists climbed trees or picked out flowers. Some even scared or catch little animals. What's more, some of them made a fire to cook, which might cause a forest fire. Recently great changes had taken place. Most tourists take rubbish away with them while they leave. They no longer hurt little animals. Trees and flowers are well taken care of. In the forest, smokers give up smoking so as not to start a fire. Now I sing high praise for so good deeds.
