    We had a discussion on “overnight-fame” last week. Nowadays, many people were crazy about instant fame and wealthy. To be honest, it is not bad be famous or have a lot of money, but I don't agree with the view which people rise to fame overnight. We all know “easy come, easy go”. Let's take Li An as the example.     Nowadays smart phones are becoming more and more popular because they provide people much convenience. But they also have badly effect on people. As is often the case, when people are attending meetings, having meals or waiting for buses, you can always find them addicted to their phones, completely ignored others.

    This is really a common phenomena in our life. The reason is why smart phones nowadays can be used for people to play mobile games and kept in touch with friends through QQ and WeChat. Therefore, too much use of phones do harm to people in terms of health. Moreover, people involved in phones fail to communicate well with those around them.

    As far as I am concerned, people should wisely make a use of their phones to help with their work and study. Meanwhile, care much about their family and friends than mobile phones.

    I used to think cooperating waste of time, but one thing changes my mind. One day the scientific teacher asked us to do some researches and handed in the conclusion. That took me lots of time to do the research but I still couldn't finished it. So I tried to cooperate with others. We shared our researches and then made the completely conclusion soon.

    So I think cooperating not only saves our times, but also helps us to promote the communication with others. Although in the world today very few things can be successfully done by just one person, cooperating can benefit from both or all sides.

    To be a volunteer is a great pleasure. Last Sunday, I get up early because I was so excited to sleep any longer. In morning, we arrived at the Happing Nursing Home. How happily the old people were when they saw us! Then we cleaned the windows or swept the floor for them, some of us gave some performances to them, such as sing songs and dancing. When it was time for us volunteers to leave, we were grateful for our kindness. From this meaningful activity, I have realized that we are supposing to care for the old. In our daily life, we should offer our seat to them on buses and treat our own grandparents more kindly. I sincerely hope more people will join in us.
