    The annual English Festival, which was lasted one week, has just ended. There were all kinds of colorful activities, included an English speech competition. Last Friday, we had an honor of inviting Professor Smith to deliver a lecture on English cultural background information, such as English idiom. He was very learned and humorous that he began his lecture with an amusing story to attract the attention of the audience and all of us was deeply impressed with his wisdom. After you laugh, these muscles start to relax. Also, laughter make us feel the sense of happiness. Experts say that the positive feelings produce by laughter not only make us happy but also help us to reduce pain.

The next time when you feel upset or disappointing, do not worry. Enjoying a funny comedy or reading some jokes will drive your negative feelings and make you feel much better.

    To provide a better environment for we to read and study, our school has rebuilt the library. I can't wait share with you the great changes what have taken place there.

    Large than before, the new library can be hold 500 people studying and reading there. What's much, the library has bought more new books, which are high thought of by both teachers and students. Besides, having bringing in 100 computers, the libraries allows us to have access to famous universities online libraries. It will be of great help to our studies.

    Have you ever had headache during a test? Have you ever been too concerned about something that you even can't sleep at night? If so, then you know that stress is. Too much stress can result in angry, depression and other related problems, which we need to take them seriously.

    However, not all stress was harmful to you. Some kinds of stress can help you getting things done better, like when you are running towards the finishing line or when you are asking to deliver a speech to your class. Stress sometimes can push you to make full preparations for a test.

    The best approach of reducing stress is to have a balanced life. If you get enough sleep, eat proper, take more exercise and have enough fun time, you might feel less stressed.

    When the dog named Judy spot the first sheep in her life, she set off racing after the sheep across several fields, but fell off cliff.
