    Last weekend, I helped my grandparents with their trip to the Dalian. Country music is one of the most popular kinds of music in the United states today because it is about simple but strong human feeling and events—love, sadness, good times, and bad times. It tells real—life stories and sound the way people really talk.

    Country music, sometimes is called country-western, comes by two kinds of music. One is traditional music from the eastern United States. The other is traditional cowboy music from the west. The singers usual play guitars. At first it is popular mostly in the South. And during World War II, thousands of Southerners went to the Northeast and Midwest to work in the factories. They took their music with them. Soldiers which were from the rest of the country went to army camps in the South learned country music. Thus they became popular all over country.

    My name is Jack, and I'm working in New York now. Some people think it is a large city, and I don't feel like living here. I don't have much money to buy house, so I have to rent it. The house is cross from the railway station. I can see trains to come and go from my window. It's noisily all day and I can't sleep well at night. The traffics here is very heavy because of there are too many cars in the street, so it's difficult for me to drive to work. The cost of living are very high. Get more money, I have to work hard every day.

    I really like my life on the farm which the air is fresh and life is quiet. If I can't get much money, I can live with my family. I will move back to my house soon.

    It was sunny last Saturday. I determined buy two novels and some magazines. So I went to a bookstore with my four-year-old sister Jenny. There are lots of people in the crowded bookstore.
