There once was a forest filled with happy animals. One day a raccoon (浣熊) found some socks left behind by picnickers, and {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(decide) to wear them. They fitted so well, and felt so {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(comfort), that he kept them on. He spent his days {#blank#}3{#/blank#}(walk) through the forest in his new socks.

    Doctor Bear, the forest physician, disapproved and tried to warn the clothes-wearers. But no one listened. Instead, they urged him to follow the {#blank#}6{#/blank#}(late) trend too.

    Soon, the problems started. The squirrel caught his shirt on a branch and crashed to the ground. The rabbit tried entering his hole while wearing his hat and got stuck. Even the raccoon, thanks to his {#blank#}7{#/blank#}(bright) coloured socks, slipped into the river and almost died.

    When the {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(injure) animals came to see Doctor Bear, he told them, “Your clothes are killing you. You don't need {#blank#}9{#/blank#}.”

    Those {#blank#}10{#/blank#} listened to the doctor's advice finally understood they didn't need clothes. They'd only started wearing clothes to make others envy them.

    When we plant a rose seed in the earth,we notice it is small,but we do not criticize it as "rootlees and stemless".We treat it as a seed, {#blank#}1{#/blank#} （give）it the water and nourishment required {#blank#}2{#/blank#} a seed.

At meal times it is a good idea to give a child a small part and let him come back for {#blank#}8{#/blank#}second helping rather than give him as much as he is likely to eat all at once. Do not talk too much to the child during meal times,{#blank#}9{#/blank#}let him get on with his food; and do not allow him to leave the table immediately after a meal or he will soon learn to swallow his food so that he can hurry back to the toys in his room{#blank#}10{#/blank#}no condition must a child be forced to eat.

    My program is a course in automotive repair. We teach people from the age of 16 through adults. We're {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (locate)on a high school campus. It's vocational,{#blank#}2{#/blank#} means that we train people specific skills that they could use in a job.
