    Encouragement, what is a kind of power, is very important.

    Failing my English exam once got me casting down. My teacher encouraged me not to lose hearts. He said it was no big deal to fail a exam and what mattered was to figure out the reasons instead of feeling sorry for me. I looked into my English paper and realized that the reason why I failed was because I had two weeks' sick leave. So I made up for the lessons I have missed and my efforts was paid off in the following exams.

    Encouragement is great benefit to me and I'll give it to those who are in need of it.

Why does one become a volunteer of the Telephone Helpline? Well, it's really simple.
After an interview, all volunteers will take a 8-week training course. Upon successfully completing this courses, volunteers will be asked to work at a particular call center. It's necessary for volunteers to be able and willing to visit his call centers at least once a week. Volunteers are expecting to devote at least four hours a week to deal with calls. Current, there are one call center in London and another six centers in other places in England. That's all what I want to say.     I can still remember clearly the day after I had my first exam in Senior High. I didn't pass them. I was so scared that I even don't want to go to school any more. My parents looked my test paper calmly but said, “My child, we're very glad you has finished half of it and you can do better next time. We never expect you to do the best at a very beginning. We strong believe you can make progress gradually.” What they said made me to feel I could do things well. From then on, I have concentrated much on my studies.     Jeremy has a large circle of friends and is very popular at parities. Everybody admire him for his great sense of humor. Recently, one of Jememy's closest friend asked him to make a speech at a wedding reception. This is the sort of thing that Jeremy loves. He prepared the speech careful and went to the wedding with his daughter, Jenny. He included a large number of funny stories in the speech and of course, it was great success. As soon as he finished, Jenny told him she wants to go home. Jeremy was a little disappointing at this but he did as if his daughter asked. On the way home, he asked Jenny if he enjoyed the speech.
