    My dad is an enthusiastic runner. Influencing by him, I was very sporty before the age of 15. Therefore, after I went to high school, I stopped to taking physical exercise because of my busy schoolwork. One morning, I ran for only one minute to catch a bus, but I was quite out breath. This made me realizing that I was overweight. Then I made a decision which I would take up a sport to help myself get in shape again. A friend of me recommended(推荐) a swimming pool not far away from my house. Now I go swimming several times one week and have started to feel the benefit of regularly exercise. Swimming makes me relaxed and energy.

Dear Mum and Dad

    We're having a wonderful time in Australia. There is so much to see that it is impossible for me to tell you everything. During past three days, we've travelled a lot around Sydney. We went to the zoo, on where we saw many animals that can only be found in Australia. We spent some time relaxing in the sunshine at the beach, but we went to Pitt Street and wander around for a bit while we did some shopping. Though I would like to spend more time here, the locally guide told us that we will fly to Cairns tomorrow. It's said that word cannot describe the beauty of the ocean near Cairns. Now everybody is busy packed so that we will not lose time when we set off. This time tomorrow we will be enjoying the ocean near Cairns. I can't wait!

Dear Editor,

    Recently our school has set up a rule that no student allowed to take their mobiles into class, which has aroused a lot of discussions among we students.

    Many of the students feel strong against the rule, arguing that the mobile had become a necessary part of our life. They also consider that a must for us to get relaxing from our busy studies.

    When it comes to me, like some other student I hold a different opinion. While a mobile phone can help us get some relief, with it we can be more devoted to our studies, but spare more time to communicate with those around us. Therefore, I believe in this school rule is beneficial to every student.

    Last week I paid a visit of my friend Li Lei. His mother sincerely asked me to stay for lunch with them, and I agree. There were only three people for lunch all altogether. However, my friend's mother prepared eight dish and we couldn't finish the food at all. As the result, the food that was not finished thrown away in the end. When I went back home I saw some homeless people beg in the street, where reminded me of the wasted food. I felt really sad. What I wish that no food would be wasted from now on! In this way, nobody on the earth will be hunger.
