    My father and I stayed at the South Lake Hotel for a week when we visit Beijing last month. It is in the downtown area, but it is easy to go to anywhere from the hotel by public transport.

    We lived in a comfortably double-room with a big bath. What I liked best were the free high-speed Internet connection in the room. I checked my email messages every day. I also shared for my friends many photos taking in Beijing. The food was wonderful with reasonable prices, and we enjoyed several local dish.

    I am interested at swimming very much. At first, I went swimming just to keep health. Now my dream was to swim for my country in the Olympics.     As is reported that 7 billionth baby was born in October 31^st, 2011. However, people don't seem to be happier about the news. The earth had become too crowed. People are suffering from various problems such as lack for resources, poverty, starvation and so on. Great damage has been causing to earth as human beings struggle for more living space.

    It is well-known that good habits do us good. Entered high school, I took delight in having fast food and often eat too much. In the end, I was so serious overweight that I suffered a lot from my awkward appearance. It made matters worse was the fact that my classmates made a fun of me at times. From now on, I made up my mind to avoiding snacks. In the meanwhile, I took off jogging to lose weight. To my surprise, it was not long until I did succeed in creating my new appearance.
