How to become a radio DJ

  Do you have a great voice? Have you ever thought l about becoming a radio DJ? Working as a DJ can be exciting but it also needs experience．If you want to be a DJ，the following are usual ways to start .

     1. Intern(实习)．It's a dirty job．Unluckily，most radio station workers start as an intern．This means working long hours without pay．It will help you do better at the radio station．   

    2. Events．Because you can't get a DJ job with no experience，you might want to work as a DJ for events. Weddings，parties and special situations all need DJs to  provide the music and some laughs．This is a great way to learn to work with people and play music．

    3.Fill in(替补)．If you work at a radio station，you can ask to be put on the ‘‘ fill in ” list for DJs．So if the main DJ gets sick，you can fill in for him or her to get some experience．

    4.Late，late night．Usually the first job for a DJ is the late shift(晚班)．In other words you may be on air not only from l a．m．to 5 a．m．，but you will get more experience·

    Bob and I live in the same building. His room is on the tenth floor, and mine, the ninth. He is kind but careless.

    In the countryside of China, many people are moving to cities to find work. They move because often there isn't much work in the countryside. Services like hospitals and schools are usually not very nice there.

    But in the big cities like London, New York, Paris, people are moving out. They want to live a quiet life. They don' t like the city because it is noise and dirty (脏的)in cities. The traffic is heavy. Living in the cities costs too much. They want a big house with a garden and fresh air. So they move the countryside with clean water and green trees. There, they begin new lives and try to make new friends.

    The professor always tried so hard. He had tons of brilliant ideas—but they never worked. Time after time, he would dream up an amazing idea that was sure to change the world—and then it didn't. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} "A time machine!" he shouted. The professor's dream wasn't just any old time machine. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} 

    But his wife wasn't so sure about the professor's great idea. "It'll never work. You can't make time," she doubted. The professor disagreed. "{#blank#}3{#/blank#} If you can make money and save money, why can't you do the same with time?"

In his workshop, the professor drew lots of plans for his new time machine. He soon lost track(轨道) of time. He created model clocks of every shape and size.{#blank#}4{#/blank#} Finally, he made an amazing discovery—a way to save time and give him lots of extra(额外) time. "I've got it!" he cried. "If I give up my time machine project, I'll have plenty of time for other things!"
