    Last Sunday, some of my classmates and I went to the West Lake for fun. I noticed an old dustman collecting rubbish throw about by visitors. He was apparently having great difficulty collect some small items, especially cigarette butts. An idea was occurred to me. Why not help him collect rubbish? Much to their joy, all my classmates agreed and were willing help. So we work hard together with the dustman and collected lots of rubbish. Then we parted but waved farewell to the thankful dustman. Tiredly as I was, I felt really happy. I truly believe we'll have an harmonious society if everybody takes action. How a fine deed!

    I had an amazed experience last Spring Festival. In the second day of the holiday, it was snowing heavily but we had a very important relative to visit, that lived in a distant mountain village. We had to take risks to drive on our journey. The road was bad, but we arrived safe.

    The family welcomed us warmly. We were treated with good dinner. Later in the afternoon, after saying goodbye, we had started back home.

    Sadly, our car is stuck in the snow halfway and wouldn't move. Just then, two villager walked by or offered to push our car. Their helping us out made us trip unforgettable.

    It was our English teacher's birthday yesterday. Though English is a hard subject, but I like my English teacher a lot, and so are my classmates. She is nice to us and always tell us stories of the days when she was in her twenty. Sometimes she even stayed in school to help students make up their lessons. She always encourages us and tells us do our best. We are gratefully to her, so that we bought him a cake and a gift. We even made a big card for her, on it we wrote all our names. Seeing these, she was moving and had a big smile in her face.
