Emotions play a critical part in our lives and are contagious (传染的) unless you know how to actually control them. Let me give you an example here: {#blank#}1{#/blank#} you are with your loved ones, if they feel happy then you feel happy. And if they feel angry or sad then so {#blank#}2{#/blank#} you. Starting to get what I was talking about in the beginning? Should you be feeling {#blank#}3{#/blank#} that? In certain situations yes, but every time, no! You may find it very hard to believe but it is NOT our responsibility to {#blank#}4{#/blank#} their feelings, this is something that they have to do themselves. Apart {#blank#}5{#/blank#} this, we must also learn to control our feelings, and never ever be controlled by our own feelings. Let me give you my own example here. In the middle of a {#blank#}6{#/blank#} between your and your partner, they will say, "You really hurt my feelings". Sometimes, you might even say: "You are making me {#blank#}7{#/blank#}". What does this imply? It means that you have allowed the other {#blank#}8{#/blank#} to emotionally control you. Whenever this happens, you start blaming yourself, {#blank#}9{#/blank#} for the emotions that others are feeling. This is known as emotional reflection, you must learn to control this. What {#blank#}10{#/blank#} be your course of action here? It might seem rude when I say this but you really need to hear it. YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW OTHERS FEEL!

Before the Shenzhou XV crew（全体工作人员） came back to the earth，they {#blank#}1{#/blank#} a letter to a 16-year-old student named Tsering Dargye. He is from Tibet and studying at Beijing No. 80 High School now. Over 10，000 people sent {#blank#}2{#/blank#} to the crew，but Tsering was the{#blank#}3{#/blank#} one to get an answer back. "I was very{#blank#}4{#/blank#} and was lucky enough to get the letter，"he said. 

In his letter，Tsering showed his strong interest in the sky. The astronaut Fei Junlong wrote the letter to Tsering and encouraged（鼓励） him a lot. "As you wrote in your letter，the road to success is never smooth（平坦的）.{#blank#}5{#/blank#} long as you work hard，you can {#blank#}6{#/blank#} your dreams come true，" Fei wrote. He ended the letter by wishing Tsering and his classmates to be{#blank#}7{#/blank#} in their studies. 

Tsering is now studying hard and plans to spend more time{#blank#}8{#/blank#} his studies for the coming summer vacation. "My dream is to learn computer science at Tsinghua University. No matter {#blank#}9{#/blank#} happens in my life，I will believe in {#blank#}10{#/blank#} and keep on following my dreams，" he said.
