Playing sports，dancing and even touching your toes is exercise．Exercise builds a strong body．This helps you to do all the things you want to do．

A Picnic

    Today is Sunday. It's a sunny day. Sarah and Amy are out for a picnic. They go to a park. It's a big park. They can see many people there. There are many green trees in the park. Near the gate, there is a lake. Some ducks are swimming in the lake and you can see lots of fishes there.

    Sarah and Amy bring many things to eat, such as bread, cake, sausages(香肠), hot dogs and hamburgers. They have a picnic under a tree. After picnic they read some books and talk with each other. They have a good time.

Snow White is a beautiful princess(公主), everyone likes her. But her stepmother, the new queen(皇后) does not like her. She asks a man to kill(杀死) Snow White. The man lets Snow White go. Snow White finds a house in the forest. She goes in and sees seven dwarfs(小矮人). They become friends and live together. One day, the queen comes to the forest. She gives Snow White an apple. Snow White eats it and falls asleep(睡着了). Many days later, a prince comes. He wakes up Snow White. They live happily ever after.
