Liu Wei is very famous in China because he can play the piano with his toes（脚趾）.

    One day when Liu Wei was only 10 years old, he played a game with some friends. He lost both his arms because of electricity(电).

    Liu Wei was very sad when both his arms were cut off after the accident.（事故） But soon he had to make a choice. (选择) "For people like me, there were only two choices. One was to give up（放弃）all the dreams. The other was to work hard without arms to live an excellent life." says Liu Wei.

    Liu's dream was to be a pianist. He had a wonderful performance（演奏）on China's Got Talent. He played the beautiful Marriage D'amour（《梦中的婚礼》）with his two feet on the piano.

    Liu Wei learned to play the piano with his feet. And teaching himself to play the piano with his feet was very hard. Many times he wanted to give it up, but his parents went on encouraging（鼓励） him and he kept playing the piano.

    Maybe you can not believe that Liu Wei is able to play well only with his toes. Many people were deeply touched and very excited when they watched his performance.

    When my friend first arrived in Australia, he saw an old man selling some cheap goods(商品) in the street of Sydney. The old man was one of the poor people in Sydney and in fact there was no difference between them and beggars(乞丐). Most of them were some lonely old people. My friend was a kind hearted man, so he quickly gave some money to him. The old man asked him to pick some goods from him. My friend had no interest in those goods, so he left without choosing. But the old man followed him all the way.

    At first, my friend didn't think a lot, just thinking he would go home. But then when he went very far and saw the old man still following him, he was a little angry, thinking the old man must feel he was kind and wanted more money. My friend turned back and told him with sign language(手语) not to follow him because he didn't have much money.

    But the old man seemed not to understand, speaking something unknown and still following him. My friend happened to meet his Australian friend in the street. Hearing his story, his friend turned to ask why the old man was following his friend. The old man was out of breath, "My son, you gave me money, but you didn't want my things, so I have to give you something. I see you are a foreigner, likely not familiar(熟悉) with our city.     Can dolphins talk? Maybe they can't talk with words, but they talk with sounds.

    Dolphins travel in a group. We call a group of fish a "school". They are not fish. Instead, they are mammals (哺乳动物), Dolphins talk to other dolphins in the school. They give information. They tell others when they are happy or sad or afraid. They say welcome when a dolphin comes back to school. They talk when they play.

    They make a few sounds above water. They make many more sounds under water. People can't hear these sounds because they are very high. Scientists make tapes of the sounds and study them.
