    The other day, some of my classmates and I took a bicycle trip along the "Huan Shan Green Road", that was specially built for people to relax ourselves. But something unpleasant caught our eyes. There was rubbish here or there, and there were many plastic bags and bottles floated on the surface of the lake.     Some teens have trouble communicate with others, with the reasons behind it is varying. Since social communication is extreme necessary, it's important for teens to learn how to cope shyness and social anxiety.     Last Friday our class invited an old man to teach us why to make dough figurines (面人). When he comes into our classroom, we gave him warm welcome and two boys helped him with the tool box. First, he showed us basic steps and skills of made dough figurines. We stood around him and watched careful. Then we started to have a try ourselves. The old man walked around and helped with us patiently. Finally, we put the figurines what we made on the table and took several picture with the old man.     Nowadays Senior 3 students are generally faced with a lot of pressure, that is rather common. To reduce it, the following suggestion may help. First of all, know exactly what lead to your pressure, and then you can take measures to deal with it. Secondly, set up a goal that is not too high, in the other words, don't put too many pressure on yourself. Thirdly, finding a way to relax yourself occasionally. For example, you can listen music, go swimming or just simple go walking. Eventually, make friends with others, for example, your classmates, your teachers, and our parents. They will understand you and come to your help though you are really in trouble. In a word, never get yourself stuck in the pressure for "impossible is nothing".
