Impression West Lake is a grand evening show of music, light, and dance. Directed by Zhang Yimou, Impression West Lake {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (update) since 2015. Included in the new version are 70 percent of elements from Hangzhou G20 Summit evening gala.

All these bring the audience into the dreamlike environment of romantic Hangzhou.

    At first my new {#blank#}1{#/blank#} were difficult to tolerate. The air seemed thin, as though  its combination of gases had little oxygen left.  Hit by a {#blank#}2{#/blank#} of fresh air, my head ached.     Long time ago, a boy {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(name) Bob met a new friend in QQ, she is Larry.   Larry works with Transport Drivers. Inc. One morning in 2009, Larry was traveling along 165 north after delivering to one of his customers when he saw a car{#blank#}2{#/blank#}its bright lights on. As he got even{#blank#}3{#/blank#}(close), he found another vehicle upside down on the road.     The man who had his bright lights on came over and told Larry he had made a call. They then heard a woman's voice coming from the damaged vehicle.{#blank#}7{#/blank#} (approach) the vehicle, they saw that a woman was trying to get out of the broken window. They told her to stay still, but she thought the car was going to explode. Larry told her that he had already put out the fire.

    Once fire and {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(emergent) people arrived, Larry and the other man backed off and let them go to work. Then, Larry asked the police {#blank#}9{#/blank#}he was needed or free to go. They let him and the other man go.

    One thing is for certain—It {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(be) his efforts that most likely saved the woman's life.

    I was once asked to deliver a speech titled “A Real Test in My Life” before the whole class! You can imagine how {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (terrible) shy I was with so many eyes fixed upon me. I had no choice but {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(prepare) for it, though. First of all, I was to write the speech,{#blank#}3{#/blank#}was just a piece of cake for me, a good writer.     Dujiangyan is the oldest man-made water system in the world, and a wonder in the development of Chinese science. {#blank#}1{#/blank#}(build) over 2,200 years ago in what is now Sichuan Province in Southwest China, this amazing engineering {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(achieve) is still used today.

    In ancient times, the region in which Dujiangyan now stands {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (suffer) from regular floods caused by overflow from the Minjiang River. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} (help) the victims of the flooding, Li Bing, the region governor, together with his son, decided to find a solution. Li designed a series of channels built at different levels along Mount Yulei that would take away the floodwater while leaving the river flowing naturally. {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (good) still, the extra water could be directed to the dry Chengdu Plain, making {#blank#}6{#/blank#} suitable for farming.

    Once the system was finished, no more floods occurred and the people were able to live {#blank#}7{#/blank#} (peaceful). Unlike modern dams {#blank#}9{#/blank#} the water is blocked with a huge wall, Dujiangyan still lets water flow through the Minjiang River naturally, enabling ecosystem and fish populations to exist {#blank#}10{#/blank#} harmony.

Logan Wells, a high school student in Massachusetts, developed an app that makes it easier for people to care for loved ones with dementia(痴呆).

Logan was 15 when his grandmother was diagnosed with dementia. "You can't imagine{#blank#}1{#/blank#} terrible its effect was, not only on my grandmother, but on my parents and other family members," Logan said. "It became really hard to stay on{#blank#}2{#/blank#}same page, because we had to have multiple group chats."

So, he came up{#blank#}3{#/blank#}the idea for CareZare, which enables caregivers to work as a team through a communication website. Logan did the coding{#blank#}4{#/blank#} (entire) by himself while his father assisted him in creating the original design and undertook the marketing.

The free app allows users{#blank#}5{#/blank#} (create) a profile(档案)centered around the individual with dementia and invite other people to join and receive{#blank#}6{#/blank#} (message). With the app, you can schedule events, confirm completed tasks, and even add a "heads up" such as the current mood of the patient or poor weather conditions.

       The app is currently being used by over 600 families and they enjoy{#blank#}7{#/blank#} (share) their opinions about it.{#blank#}8{#/blank#}(please) with that, Logan is hoping it will grow.

       "So far our users{#blank#}9{#/blank#}(be) great about giving us feedback so we can tailor(定做)the app to their needs," he said. "Caregiving is such an important issue for them because it's sovl {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(person) for them, just as it is for me."
