Seborga(塞波加) is a small village that declared itself independent in the 1960s, claiming it was never{#blank#}1{#/blank#}(proper) incorporated(合并) into Italy{#blank#}2{#/blank#} (it) founders argued that the deal was not really registered. Tourism should help {#blank#}7{#/blank#} country keep its customs and its beauty should attract tourists. Besides, tourism should also increase the wealth and {#blank#}8{#/blank#}(happy) of the locals.

    Too much tourism can be a problem. If tourism {#blank#}9{#/blank#} (grow) too quickly, people must leave other jobs {#blank#}10{#/blank#}(work) in the tourism industry. This means that other parts of the country's economy can suffer. On the other hand, if there is not enough tourism, people can lose jobs. Business can also lose money.
