    Many people like eating junk foods, because they thought they are delicious. But in fact, these foods are not healthy. That we need most is a balanced diet. Eating a balanced diet mean choosing a wide variety of foods from all the food groups. A balanced diet provides different kinds of nutrition(营养) with our body. We need a balanced diet to keep healthy. Therefore, many people still have unhealthy eating habits, that will do harm to their health. I think is necessary for us to have three meals a day properly. When eat, we should eat different kinks of foods. For an example, we should eat both meat and vegetables to get different kinds of nutrition.

    All in all, it's importantly for us to keep a balanced diet.

    Volunteering has meaningful effect on your community.But it can also have many benefit for you.

    To begin with,volunteering enable you to gain some valuable experience,that lays a solid foundation for your future life.In the meantime,by volunteering,you can make many friends,from whom you can obtain use knowledge that can't be learnt it at school.On addition,volunteering provides you with a good opportunity to give back to society, thus a harmonious society can be create.

    As far as I'm concerned,volunteering is a very good way to build self-confidence,too.When offered others help, we will have a sense of satisfaction and will be in good mood.However,volunteering is of great benefit not only to others but also to ourselves.

    Yesterday, I saw the old lady fall down when I was hurrying to school. I was about to help her up while a passer-by stop me, saying that I might be accused of knocking her down. Heard his words, I began to hesitate and slow down my steps. At the moment, another student, that saw everything, went up to help. The old lady said nothing but lots of thank to the good boy. I felt ashamed.

As is known to all, help others is forever a good virtue. Even though some old people behave improper, we can't let it to disappear. I have made my mind that I will reach out my hand without hesitation next time.

    We all know that “Chances favor the preparing mind”. I didn't realize it when I went to high school. Soon after I become a senior high student, a singing competition was to be held. Although I had never sung a song in public, but I wanted to have a try. When I talked about it with my parent, they encouraged me to follow their inner voice. They told me that as long as I prepared good for it, I would make it. Under their help, I became confident and practiced hard after class. The day came. Stood on the stage, I took a deep breath and began to sing with my full emotions. In the end, I won  first prize.

    It is known to all, sports are playing a more and more important role in people's life. Last week a sports program was hold in our school. All the students took an active part in all kind of sports, such as football, basketball, run, swimming, bike riding and so on. They competed against each other and cheer for each other as well. They said they were fond with such a program.

    I also enjoyed it a lot of and I think we students should do sports every day. They can not only build up our bodies but also helped us study more efficient. Only in this way will we lead healthy and wonderful life.
