When I left for the United States to study. I had butterflies in my stomach. I was nervous because I was going to {#blank#}1{#/blank#}new place with new people and new customs. I couldn't even understand {#blank#}2{#/blank#}(they)language. Everything was different {#blank#}3{#/blank#}my own country. There was nobody that I could talk to.     It was a sad moment when I had to say goodbye to my family and friends.     Many people may think the Forbidden City, or the Palace Museum as it's also called, is{#blank#}1{#/blank#} old-fashioned museum{#blank#}2{#/blank#} in recent years, the museum has been working hard {#blank#}3{#/blank#}（promote） Chinese cultural heritage among young people.

The documentary is about the people {#blank#}8{#/blank#} job is to repair the relics in the museum. Many of these workers are young, and some are even {#blank#}9{#/blank#} their 20s.

    Some other museums across the country, such as the National Museum of China{#blank#}10{#/blank#}（inspire） by the Palace Museum's efforts in the past five years and are working on similar projects of their own.

    Dogs were first raised at home at least 150 centuries ago. Since then, the dog {#blank#}1{#/blank#} (be) humans' best friend. Now, they have another job—to assist doctors to diagnose（诊断）cancer.

    After a long-standing research of smell, a Finnish professor has said that certain {#blank#}2{#/blank#} (type) of cancer are able to be detected by their smell, making it possible to train cancer-sniffing dogs {#blank#}3{#/blank#} (help) diagnose the disease.

    A professor, Jouko Vepsalainen from the University of Eastern Finland in Kuopio, has focused {#blank#}4{#/blank#} nitrogen compounds（氮化合物）. The compounds increase {#blank#}5{#/blank#} (great) when cancer cells grow in an uncontrollable way, {#blank#}6{#/blank#} (allow) them to be detected, the Finnish newspaper Karjalainen reported. That's where the dog, man's best friend, may step in with their keen sense of smell.

    According to the news agency, researchers in Finland have tried to train dogs to do the job, but {#blank#}7{#/blank#} will take a dog months, even years, to tell the {#blank#}8{#/blank#} (different) between sick and healthy people. “Anyone {#blank#}9{#/blank#} knows how difficult early cancer detection is {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (understand) what an opportunity this is,” associate professor Anna Hielm-Bjorkman of the University of Helsinki told the Finnish media.

The Milky Way's black hole is called Sagittarius A*. Its gravity is {#blank#}9{#/blank#} strong that it pulls in anything that gets too close including stars. So we're {#blank#}10{#/blank#} (luck) that Earth is located far away from the center!

Emperor penguins (企鹅) are{#blank#}1{#/blank#}(large) penguins on Earth. Each adult is over a meter tall and weighs up to 40 kilos. Every year in May, mother penguins lay eggs on the coast. Then they will go back to the ocean{#blank#}2{#/blank#}(find) food while the father penguins stay and look after the eggs for the next two months. During this time, {#blank#}3{#/blank#}eating any food, a father penguin can lose half of his body weight. By August, the mothers return just in time to see their babies come out of eggs.
