When I was in high school, most of my friends had bicycle. I hoped I could also have it. One day I saw a second-hand bicycle, that was only one hundred yuan. I asked my father the money.

    And he said he could only give me half of the money. I should find the other half myself. So I went to sell newspapers after the school. My father was please when I showed him the money a month after. He gives me the other fifty. You can imagine how happily I was when I rode to school on my own bicycle.

    One day, I was about to enter into my apartment when I saw a little dirty dog lie beside the dustbin. He looked extreme weak. Immediately the homeless dog filled me with sympathy. So I decided to take him home. I gave him some food and a bath. After the bath he looked energy and refreshed. What a lovely dog!

    When my parents got home, I asked them that I could keep the dog. To my surprise and joy, they agreed. Up to now, he has become a member of our family and everyone had enjoyed his company.     Beijing attract tourists all the year around; the best time to visit Beijing is in October. I pay a visit to Beijing for the first time on last Friday. I was there for only one day. Therefore, I was able to see lots of interesting sites and I did have great funs. Hardly had I arrived at the train station then I rented a bike. I rode around the city where colorful ancient temples decorated the streets, among that my favorite site was the Imperial Palace. Night falling and had to work the next day, I had quick dinner in a restaurant and then took the high-speed rail back home. I am dying to return soon for a long visit.

    Yesterday, as I was queuing at a store, there was an old lady in the front of me in line. She seems very confused when the cashier asked her pay $ 38. The cashier told her that she couldn't buy the items because she doesn't have enough money. So I told the cashier I would pay for that she bought. When I got outside, the lady was standing here. While I was talking about her, her daughter appeared. She told me that her mother had Alzheimer's disease. Then she noticed that her mother had three bag of groceries and wondered how she managed to pay for them without enough money. I told her that I had paid for it. The daughter wanted to pay me back, so I refused.
