    An elephant and a monkey lived in the same forest. One day they went to ask an old bird, “Can you tell us which is {#blank#}1{#/blank#} important, being strong or being quick?"The old bird didn't give them the answer at once. Instead, he {#blank#}2{#/blank#} them to get some bananas the other side of the river and bring them to him.

    So the elephant and the monkey went to the river, but the{#blank#}3{#/blank#} ran so fast that monkey was afraid. "Get on my back, Monkey,” said the elephant, “I shall take you there. I'm big and strong, I can swim{#blank#}4{#/blank#} the river."

    Soon they got to the other side. The elephant{#blank#}5{#/blank#}hard to reach the bananas, they were too high."Wait a {#blank#}6{#/blank#}, please. I can climb,” said the monkey. He quickly ran up to the {#blank#}7{#/blank#} and passed the bananas to the elephant.

Now, you see, the elephant is strong,” said the old bird{#blank#}9{#/blank#} a smile, but he couldn't get the bananas. The monkey is quick, but he couldn't cross the river.     I live in a small{#blank#}1{#/blank#} nice village. I love it because it's {#blank#}2{#/blank#}, and there are a lot of trees. My friends and I often play football {#blank#}3{#/blank#}the field near my house.{#blank#}4{#/blank#} , after it{#blank#}5{#/blank#}, the field is too wet to play on.
