America

During workdays, Americans eat a quick lunch like a sandwich, or something from the night before. Children bring packed lunches to school. Adults may leave work to go out for a quick lunch. They may also choose sandwiches or hamburgers, and sometimes salad.

Japan

Japanese often eat rice, noodles, seafood and beef in bowls or bento(便当) boxes. School children and adults take their lunch to their working places with bento boxes. Miso soup is popular. 

Thailand

Lunch in Thailand is usually noodles. There are many ways to cook noodles. One popular dish is thin rice noodles, tofu and prawns. Another way to eat rice noodles is with meat, vegetables and thick gravy(肉汁).

Hello, I'm Miaomiao. I often have eggs and milk for breakfast. For lunch, I like beef noodles best. They are delicious. Sometimes, I'd like a hamburger and some juice. My favourite drink is juice. I will eat a vegetable salad for dinner today. The vegetables are fresh. And they are good for our health.
