Many people like travelling by plane, but I don't like it because airports are usually far from cities. You have to get there early and w{#blank#}1{#/blank#} for hours for the plane to take off and it is often late. Planes are fast, b{#blank#}2{#/blank#} it still takes hours to check in(办登机手续) and get out of the airport.

I like travelling by train. I think trains are safe. Railways stations are usually in cities. When you are l{#blank#}3{#/blank#} for a train, you can catch another one. You can walk around in the train and open the window. You can see many interesting things on your way, too. 

I a {#blank#}4{#/blank#}like cars. You can start your journey(旅程) when you want to, and you don't need to get to the railway station or a bus stop. You can also carry many things with you. But sometimes there is a traffic j{#blank#}5{#/blank#} on the road and you will feel you're wasting time on the road.

健康饮食，身体强壮

Green and orange vegetables are good for your body. They have lots of vitamins(维生素) and minerals(矿物质) that you need to be healthy. Carrots are good for your eyes, too. Broccoli(西兰花) makes you strong. Look! There are many vegetables in this salad. You can make some salad with fruits. Fruit has vitamins. That can help you stay healthy.

Protein(蛋白质) is in foods like chicken, fish, eggs and milk. There is protein in nuts(坚果),too. Protein makes your body strong and healthy. Milk is yummy and has a lot of protein. There is milk in yogurt(酸奶) and ice cream, too. You can eat an egg and drink milk for breakfast.

Kunming is called(被称为) " Spring City" in China. The weather is warm there all year round(全年). Even in winter, it is warm and comfortable(舒适的). In spring, it's often sunny. In summer and autumn, it rains a lot. So you need to take an umbrella(伞). In winter, there are many cloudy days. For flowers, the weather is nice. So flowers in Kunming are very famous(有名的).

We can't see the air, but it's {#blank#}1{#/blank#}. Air is very {#blank#}2{#/blank#} to all living things. We all need it to keep us {#blank#}3{#/blank#}. In the past, the air was {#blank#}4{#/blank#}. But now it is polluted (受污染的). Why? There are too many cars and buses around us. People build more and more factories. Some people {#blank#}5{#/blank#} down too many trees. We can't live without air. Let's make the air better and better.
