Life in Tiangong Space Station

Welcome to our new home in space. It' s the Tiangong Space Station. The Chinese astronauts(宇航员) are so cool! They work in space. We call space "tai kong" in Chinese. So we also call the Chinese astronaut "taikonaut"(太空人).

There are three astronauts in it. They will live and work there for half a year. They can eat delicious food, do exercise and talk with their families on the earth. The life in space is amazing but also difficult for them. They should do exercise to keep healthy every day. In space, they have breakfast at 7:30 a.m. They can drink water with chopsticks. After breakfast, they do some experiments carefully every day. They plant some vegetables in the special box. When it's lunch time, they will eat and drink from the bags. In the afternoon, they like playing sports, such as riding a bike and running. Sometimes they read books and listen to music. At 9:30 p.m., it's their sleeping time. They sleep in a bag. That's their everyday life. As we know, the taikonauts will come back to the earth(地球) in May, 2024. Wish them have a nice Chinese New Year' s Day in space!
