Teachers say that the digital（数字） age has had a good influence and a not﹣so﹣good influence on American teenagers. More than 2，000 middle and high school teachers took 1 online survey. Researchers also spoke with teachers in some groups. Most teachers think the Internet and digital search tools have had a mostly positive influence on their students' research habits and skills.2 at the same time，some teachers also point out some problems in teenagers' using digital search tools.

Keep calm(冷静的). 

Sometimes, you feel so angry that you really want to teach somebody a lesson. But being angry isn't the answers to problems. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} It may bring you more problems. In the school, everyone will be punished (惩罚) if he gets into a fight. There are no winners in a fight.

Shout loudly. If you know someone is coming up behind you to attack (攻击), turn to the person and say "stop" loudly before walking away. {#blank#}3{#/blank#} If the person doesn't stop, shout for help by calling out the name of a teacher around you.

Learn to say no. 

Your friend may ask you to join in a fight, but helping him fight is not really helpful to him. {#blank#}4{#/blank#} Also, you can tell him if he gets into a fight, he may get hurt and be punished. Then, try to learn why he wants a fight and help him find a right way to solve the problem.
