You don't have to be a scientist to solve big environmental problems. One Dutch designer is finding creative ways to make a change - and he's inviting bikers to join him. 

Daan Ronscgaarde. 38, is a designer from Holland. He uses creative ideas to improve city life. For his Smog（雾霾）Free Project, he designed a special tower that cleans air in Chinese parks. In Holland, he designed a shining bicycle path. 

Now Daan and his team are working with engineers at Chinese bike - sharing company Ofo to create a new product for public use. It's an air - cleaning machine connected to a bicycle and is part of the Smog Free Project. In smoggy weather, the machine would breathe in the air in front of the bike and blow out a stream of clean air toward the biker's face. 

It's no secret that air pollution is a big problem for China. In winter, it's common for thick clouds of haze（霾）, caused largely by factory production, burning of coal and car emissions（排放物） to cover areas of China. 

In 2016, only one - fourth of Chinese cities met the country's air quality standards, according to a survey of 338 cities nationwide from the Ministry of Environmental Protection " 

Of course one tower and a few bikes won't solve China's air pollution problem, " Daan said. " But smog - free bikes are an exciting idea that will hopefully inspire communities to create greener cities. "

A good way to pass an exam is to work hard every day in a year. You may fail in an exam if you are lazy for most of the year and then work hard only a few days before the exam. If you want to be good at English，you have to read stories in English，and speak English as much as possible. A few days before the exam you should go to bed early. Do not go to bed late at night studying. Before you start the exam，read carefully over the question papers，and try to understand the exact meaning of each question. When you have finished your exam at last，read over your answers. Correct the mistakes if there are any and be sure that you don't miss anything out. 

I love my home town. When I leave my house, there are many places I can go and things I can do. In fact, these choices (选择) are 1 good. I can go for a walk in one of the many parks or go 2 in one of the two supermarkets. In fact, I like going to Walmart near my home because things there are 3 . I can also go to the sports centre and watch some school boys playing sports. 

There are many different 4 and I can go there for lunch or dinner. I would like to take a bus to go there because it is faster 5 I walk.

On holidays, there are many tourists at the museum. I love seeing different things and different people there. And I am always looking for new places to see and 6 myself. 

Sometimes in Christmas holidays, the weather will be snowy. You don't t have to use a (n) 7 because the snow is not heavy. The snow itself is just something wonderful. I don't know how to say it in words, 8 it is. 

My home town Albany is so beautiful and I won't be 9 every time I go out. And that's 10 I love it so much.

Times really change! When I heard that the Sunshine Bookstore was closing. I was so sad. The bookstore was in the neighborhood for about 50 years, and it was a great place where people could read the books they love. 

When I met Old Peter, the store's owner, he told me it was difficult to run a traditional (传统) bookstore. Most young people now would like to read e-books and more people bought books online. 

Childhood memories came back to me so clearly. A group of us kids often went to the stere. We looked at the new books, or just talked with Peter. We spent hours reading there. Peter encouraged us to share our ideas by writing them on a large board. 

A few months later, I was back and was surprised to see that the Sunshine Bookstore was still open for business. It was still old outside, but when I went into it, it was quite a different world. A book reading was going on. Nearby, some readers were sharing their ideas on a screen instead of the large board. Some were reading on computers. It even had a coffee shop selling nice food. Clearly, the Sunshine Bookstore was in good, creative hands.

Peter told me that there were more activities in the coffee shop such as book readings and even music shows and movie nights. The bookstore was turned into a place where the book lovers got together and shared ideas and experiences. 

"Well, as you can see, technology (科技) and creativity have brought my old bookstore into the 21^st century! I'm so glad to see that everything I wanted it to offer (提供) to the neighborhood is still here," said Peter. 

No matter how times change, there are always people who love reading. Traditional bookstores are also changing in a creative way. 

I am learning French and German now, and learnt Italian before, so I know how hard learning a foreign language would be. However, I found a few tips to help me improve.

Go to the country

Go to the country when you are learning its language. This allows you to talk with native(本地的) speakers. It also encourages you to learn the language. For example, when I started learning Italian two years ago, I didn't think I was improving fast enough. Then, I got a chance to stay in Italy for three months and everything changed! I could meet delicious Italian food and beautiful Italian language there. All made me really want to improve my Italian to be a part of such culture!

Read, read, read!

Reading is an important skill in language learning. But I'm not just talking about difficult things like newspaper passages. You may think that reading harder texts will help you to improve quickly. But I advise you not to choose difficult things to read because you might get bored and give up easily. Well, why not choose a funny children's book to read?

Watch TV and films

Another thing that really helps me learn a language is watching TV and films in the language. Again, it doesn't have to be anything really difficult. You can choose to watch a children's show at the beginning. When you are watching the show, you can write down useful words and sentences or try to repeat(重复) what people say.

Chinese paper-cutting is a traditional folk art. We will use scissors to cut and draw patterns on paper to decorate life. Here, we will teach you to design patterns. The teachers can teach us paper cutting skills as well!

D. Robot Club

If you want to see a group of cute robots dancing, just join us!Our teacher will teach you to make robots. We will also organize many interesting robot activities!

E. Music Club

If you are excited about singing or just listening to it, this club is for you. We have regular music classes and sometimes perform at school events. Just come and join us!

F. Drama Club

If you have a talent for acting or stage design, the Drama Club is the place to be. Every Tuesday and Friday evening, you can act in different kinds of plays.
