Whatever kind of music you like, it makes you feel a certain (某种) way. If you are sad, maybe you like to listen to sad music. If you're happy, you listen to happy music. But how would you feel about going to a concert and listening to… nothing, no instruments, no singing, just silence (沉默)?
He asked a pianist to go on stage, sit at the piano, raise his hand and do almost nothing. The pianist didn't sing, he didn't dance, he didn't talk and he didn't play any note. He just sat at the piano.
