Winter Outing Tips

Here are some helpful tips for how to1 healthy in cold months:

Warm up(热身)

It's not healthy to play sports without warm-up.2 running or skiing outside, you should warm up your body.

Be careful with winter blues(不适)

People play more when they're having fun. But winter is dark and cold. So, try more activities at home, like 3 or watching movies. Doctors say, "The important thing is to stay happy and stay healthy."

When you are walking in the snow, please wear heavy coats to keep warm air around your body. Don't care(在意)5 about your look. A pair of snow boots is also good for you.

Know about the weather Wind, rain and sunset all affect(影响) the temperature and weather. So take these into your outing plan. Doctors6 listening to the weather forecast before outing.

There are quiet sounds, like the sound of a whisper(耳语). And there are loud sounds, like the sound of a plane. Some sounds are relaxing, like the sound of beautiful music. But some sounds are bad for your cars. When you listen to music, if the volume(音量) of the sound is too loud, it can damage your ears. Traffic noises, or someone yelling into your car can hurt your ears badly. So, please be careful.
