In a primary school of Yunnan, there' re over 500 students, but no one is nearsighted(近视). It's hard to believe. Three hours of outdoor play and no mobile phones or computers— this might be the reason why they all have good eyesight.
In the school, children eat healthy food and have enough sleep every day. During class breaks, all of them need to go outside. When the three sports teachers of the school are busy, other teachers will teach students to play basketball and table tennis.

Sun Fubiao, the primary school' s headmaster, tries his best to help students protect(保护) their eyesight, because he himself and five other teachers are nearsighted. "It' s uncomfortable to do many things wearing a pair of glasses in daily life, " he said. "I do not want the children to have the same bad experience. "
Now, people come up with many ideas to protect children's eyesight. Children should play online games for no more than three hours a week. They need to do eye tests each term. Table manners
