Hello, I'm Bob. I'm 12 years old. I am at school now. I want to say something about myself. 

Playing volleyball is my hobby. I like it very much. I always play volleyball with my friends after school. It's relaxing for me. I have five volleyballs. They are under my desk. And I like to watch volleyball games on TV. 

I have eggs, milk and some fruit for breakfast. For lunch, I have noodles and some salad(沙拉). For dinner, I like chicken and some vegetables. I don't eat ice cream. It's not healthy. My favourite food is fruit and vegetables. I think they are good for our health. 

I'm healthy because I like to play sports and eat healthy food. What about you? Can you tell me about your hobby and eating habits?

I stood by the window, looking at the gray sky and snowy ground. A woman crossed the street, with a thick scarf, looking cold and unhappy.

The morning was ideal for reading, so I turned on the light and lay in bed with a book. The phone rang, and I heard my mum agree to something, mentioning my name. Curious, I wondered what was happening.

Mum entered and told me Uncle Sam was taking me to Sparrow Hills. Unwilling to leave on such a cold day, I hesitated(犹豫) but didn't want to disappoint Mum, so I put on my blue sweater. The doorbell rang, and Uncle Sam asked if I was ready.

"I suppose," I replied, grabbing a warm wool hat. We headed to the station, catching the train to Sparrow Hills. The train was warm, and my body started to relax.

" Can we just stay on the train?" I said as the train stopped. Uncle Sam softly pulled me up and said," You will miss all the fun."

Outside, the wind was blowing strongly. The trees were shining and they s wung in the wind.

"I don't know how long I can stay out here," I said as we started to walk uphill. He pulled me closer to the trees and said," Listen!"

At first, I heard only the wind. Then came a jingling and chiming(叮叮当当)." That's the music in winter," my uncle said. I pulled my hat up to free my ears. The branches(树枝) sounded like hundreds of bells ringing, jingling and chiming. I was surprised and I stood still, looking at the icy branches hitting each other and leaves swinging in the wind. Then we climbed to the top of Sparrow Hills and looked down. The snow- covered trees made buildings appear brighter. Then the sun broke through the clouds.

" The sun is shining!" I shouted. Uncle Sam smiled and said," The sun is always shining. You just need to climb high enough to see it."

Rongjiang is small, but people's love for football is great. The players in the game were not very famous, but they played very well. One player, Dong Yongsheng, likes football a lot. His team played hard in the game. Even though they lost, he was happy to be part of the game. 

All the players in the game come from different jobs and places. Some are students, and others are workers. During the football game, people waved flags (摇旗), beat the drums and shouted loudly to cheer for the players. Winners got special prizes (奖品) like beef, pork, goose and so on. 

The game was special because it showed how cool Rongjiang was. Many people watched the game in the field (现场) or online. The football game helped Rongjiang become more and more popular. 

We all need good friends and want to get on well with them.  But what do you do when you and your best friend have 1 ideas? At first, I didn't know what to do when this happened to my best friend Karina and me. 

When we first met at a summer camp, we got along so 2 that we shared stories, laughed a lot, and quickly became inseparable (形影不离的) friends.  But then something happened at a picnic.  "Did you hear the news about the shopping center?" asked one of our friends Levar.  "Some people plan to3 many trees to make room for a shopping center. "

"That's terrible! It will be bad for our environment (环境).  We have to 4 that," I said. 

"I don't think so," said Karina.  "The shopping center will give people new jobs. "

"But animals will 5 their homes!" I said.  "I want people to have 6 , but it doesn't have to do such a terrible thing. "

I wanted Karina to join me in 7 trees, but she didn't want to.  I was so angry that I didn't 8 her for days.  Later, my mother knew it and said to me seriously (严肃地), "No two people are the same.  You should 9 each other.  Don't let the 10 make you lose a good friend. " After listening to my mom's words, I said sorry to Karina.  Now we're still good friends. 

Rose is a good girl. She is twelve years old. She is my 1 . We are in the same class. 2 are in Class Four, Grade Seven. She is from America. Her 3 number is 0378 9966 2238. I 4 from Henan. We don't look the same. She has two big eyes, but my 5 are small. She has short blond(金色的) hair, 6 my hair is long and black. She is tall but I am short. Her favourite 7 is blue. This blue schoolbag is hers. That 8 toy is hers, too. Her English is very good. She always 9 me with it. Her dad is an English teacher. We like his English 10 very much. Her mum is a Chinese teacher. They are working in the same 11 . Rose has 12 sisters. They are Judy and Jenny. They 13 the same, because they are twins. They are junior high school students, too. They are in 14 classes. Judy is in Class Eight. Jenny is in Class Nine. I like 15 with them very much. We often have fun together.
