Without good leaders, problems can't be solved. What's more, good leaders are good at cooperating with others. Usually, they are good listeners as well. But being good leaders isn't easy. So let me give you some suggestions to help you become a good leader.
Maybe nobody teaches you how to be a good leader, but you can learn it on your own. Read books about great leaders from home and abroad. By reading, you can learn a lot from their experiences and find out their secrets of success. Then you will be more confident of being a good leader.
Learn from students' leaders in your school. There is no doubt that those leaders who are popular with the students in your school must have their advantages over others. Take an active part in the activities organized by the excellent leaders and learn from them at once. Then you will know the answer.
Find the students that have the same interests as you have and start a club. Activities should be organized regularly in the club. When the members in your club have trouble in solving problems, you should communicate with them and find out the causes of the problems. Maybe what you have learned can be helpful. After the problems are solved, you can share pleasure with them. As time passes by, you will get more trust like those popular leaders. Sooner or later, you will be a good leader.

These days, we easily feel stressed as we get more and more work to do. It's important to know how to solve problems and find ways to relax.
First, we should try organizing our work from most important to least important as well as most urgent(紧急的) to least urgent. {#blank#}1{#/blank#} As soon as those are done, work on things that are important but not urgent. Then, do things that are less important and less urgent. This makes us know what to do first and not worry about the rest.
Still, sometimes we feel stressed even after organizing our work. That's okay. {#blank#}2{#/blank#} Because exercise helps a lot in forgetting about our problems. It doesn't even have to be a big trip to the gym, although that surely helps. It could be something as small as walking around the neighborhood for 10 to 20 minutes.
Finally, we can try meditation(冥想). {#blank#}3{#/blank#} Just set aside 10 to 20 minutes with an alarm clock, sit straight, close our eyes, and focus only on breathing. If other thoughts come up, accept that they are there and let them fly away on their own. {#blank#}4{#/blank#}

Sharing our school lives
Students from different countries share what their school day is like.
Every morning, I get to school at about 7:15am. After meeting with my friends, we go to our classes. All my classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes long. Between classes, we have a 5-minute break. After the first class, I go to homeroom(年级大教室) for 30 minutes. Then, it's time for a break! I eat a snack and talk with friends. At 10, I walk to my next class. My day starts with my debate practice(辩论练习) at home because I am on my school debate team. The first class starts at 9:45 am. Every kid can choose(选择) four to six subjects, like math and music.
